The infamous missing digital camera has come home. It turns out, it somehow ended up in the boot of Dad's mustang and wasn't found until the end of the summer this year. That means it has been missing for more than a year. Well, we went back to Buffalo for the first time since it was found last weekend...
I checked out the camera and it worked fine. Even the memory card (with photos of moving into our apartment, the rehearsal dinner, and my bachelor party) worked great after a year of riding around in the car. It even spent the winter in there. The batteries even worked after I charged them in Ed's computer-chip controlled smart-charger. They don't seem to hold their charge quite as long, but they still are good for quite a few photos. This means that we now have 2 digital cameras - a point-and-shoot and a more sophisticated SLR-type. Well, that just means it will be easier to get the best picture in each situation.
